Researchers have found that people with higher Linoleic acid caused by sunflower, grape seeds, poppy seeds, safflower, and salicornia and primrose oils have higher chances of getting prone to prostate cancer. The incidences of prostate cancer can be lower down by including omega-6 fatty acid in your meal.
 Although, omega 3 health benefits for men are many, it is recommended that men who are suffering from prostate cancer or are prone to get affected by prostate cancer should avoid omega 3 fish oil as that may worsen the situation, you should always consult a doctor and take his advice before the addition of omega 3 supplements in your daily routine.
